Sharing views on Truth, Justice, Equality
The things I write about in this blog are my opinions, thoughts and the conclusions I have come to over time. The more we share our knowledge of the Un-truths, IN-justice, and IN-equality that we are aware of with others, the more we are telling the powers that be that they are not pulling the wool over our eyes any more. “They” will use anything they can to justify duping and ripping off the public in one way or another. But, we are no longer blind, deaf and dumb in recognizing these things. If knowledge truly is power then by sharing we can, perhaps, change things. We can hope that some day only those that truly uphold the values and virtues we admire will lead us. Hopefully we will have a more honest and truthful society which is not continually pillaged by those in power for their own betterment (Money, status and power usually).
So I encourage you to start sharing your experiences and knowledge with others because in the long run the more people who are informed, the less that the powers that direct our lives are able to mislead us.
Taking the time to relate some of your knowledge to just one person can, in turn, prompt them to tell your story as well as their own to someone else. There is so much UN-Truth, IN-Justice, and IN-equality in existence that we must do something to bring things back in line toward the goal of what is right and just and fair to everyone.
Just by spending a little bit of time and a little bit of effort, each person can contribute to change that can be inevitable. No one person has to do a lot, just share their little bit of information with others. Eventually maybe all truths will be laid out like an open book and then we can start building the society that deserves to inhabit this earth… The society that those in power espouse we already have because they don’t want anything to change.
The CEO’s of large corporations and many others who are only thinking of their huge multi-million dollar bonuses (while placing enormous financial burdens on the common man) don’t want to lose their power. They don’t want the Truth known.
In Canada the government’s tax on gasoline is something like 40 per cent. It might be even higher, I don’t know for sure. But why would the government want to investigate whether oil companies are over-charging (and using any excuse to increase prices) when the very increase in the cost of gasoline means the government reaps much more in tax dollars? Moreover, those in government who could make a difference will never have to pay for their own gasoline probably. They have expense accounts, they will have good pensions, and they will probably go from government posts to very good-paying jobs (with expense accounts) after their terms in office are over. Do they ever have to worry about increased gasoline prices? I don’t think so.
